I've been an MHD-certified professional and personal coach since 2020 (Excelia graduate class of 2012). Today, I define myself as an esteem booster. I mainly coach hypersensitive women to (re)realize their worth, to love themselves fully and to dare to impact the world in their own way.

Before that, I worked in marketing for ten years.

Then, around the age of 30, following a break-up in love, I began to question myself in various areas of my life, and started to look for more meaning in my work.

This quest for meaning and my need for more humanity led me to discover coaching. It was a real revelation for me. And I wanted to make it my profession.

Initially I started out as a side business, working alongside a permanent job, and then at the beginning of 2023 I took the plunge and made it my main activity.

Today, I help women to get to know themselves better, to tame their hypersensitivity, to develop their self-esteem and self-confidence, and to take their place.

I offer a self-coaching program, individual sessions, as well as group coaching to help women dare to take the plunge into entrepreneurship.

I also organize workshops on topics such as "Boosting self-confidence", "How to reach your goals", "Developing self-esteem" and "Daring to be yourself".

I'm also theauthor of a personal development podcast, "Un chemin vers soi". In it, I talk about self-esteem, self-awareness, hypersensitivity and, more broadly, any subject related to well-being and fulfillment.
