👨‍💼👩🏽‍💼S committed to promoting gender diversity

This year, as part of our Shape Tomorrow by Excelia Alumni program , we launched the WO-MEN Club to promote gender diversity and support women in their careers.

We strengthened our commitment by joining Grandes Écoles au Féminin (GEF), an association working to promote parity in the professional world.

At the beginning of December, we were honored to take part in their inter-associative meeting alongside the leading business and engineering schools, an essential opportunity to join forces and share concrete initiatives.

In 2025, we will go even further, beyond the mix, and explore themes such as :

• leadership,
• the presence of women at all levels of responsibility and in all sectors of activity,
• and how to reduce the gender gap.

What is :

Shape Tomorrow by Excelia Alumni?

It's a program that lets you take part in initiatives led by your alumni network to advancemajor causes and contribute to technological and societal progress: gender diversity, CSR, bringing generations together, innovation and ethics.
